Please note that during the CoronaVirus health scare, whilst the Museum remains closed to the public, we are still able to take orders on our Web Shop but despatch of your items may be delayed. This is due to our temporarily reduced staffing level (one person) and the currently limited opening hours of our local Post Office. You can always email us on shop@cinemamuseum.org.uk if you are concerned about delivery times.
UK deliveries are by Royal Mail. Larger items will be sent by courier. International Air Mail deliveries can take up to ten days. All items are sent tracked.

We prefer payment via our online check-out. You can pay with Paypal or a credit/debit card via the online payment page. You do not need to open a Paypal account in order to make a purchase. Alternatively, you can opt to arrange offline payment by phone or post when we can accept payments by Credit/Debit card over the phone, or for large items by bank transfer. All payments must be in GBP sterling. We do not accept cheques.
We use three codes to indicate the condition of the used goods we sell:
If the condition is judged to be just short of a category, the suffix – (i.e. minus) is used. Use these codes, in combination with the photograph of the item and any notes in the product description to understand the condition in which an item is offered.
