Hugh Stoddart’s adaptation of Virginia Woolf’s 1927 novel, beautifully filmed in Cornwall, was first screened by the BBC in March 1983.
It was directed by Colin Gregg, and the cast includes Kenneth Branagh, Rosemary Harris, Michael Gough and T.P. McKenna.
It was nominated for a BAFTA award as Best Single Drama in 1984.
Suzanne Bertish, who played the role of Lily Briscoe, will be present.
