The Night Has a Thousand Eyes posterThe second instalment in our Film Noir series stars the great Edward G Robinson as stage medium who, having made a career out of fooling the gullible public, discovers his psychic powers might not be so phony after all. Can destiny be altered by his interaction?

The feature will be introduced by Kulraj Phullar who is currently completing his PhD on Good Girls and Goodness in Classic Hollywood Film Noir at King’s College London.

The first half of the programme will comprise a selection of short cinematic treats from 1948, courtesy of The Dave Locke Archive.
