The UK Buster Keaton Society. Quarterly meeting of the society dedicated to the appreciation of the silent comedian.
The main presentation will be The Cameraman (1928). This was the first film Keaton made under his MGM contract, and the directing credit went to Edward Sedgwick. In it, Buster plays a still photograph who falls for a secretary (Marceline Day), who works for MGM Newsreels, and tries to join the film crew to be near her.
The meeting runs from 4pm to 7pm.
