Louis Malle’s landmark thriller, with its marvellous Miles Davis soundtrack, stars Jeanne Moreau and Maurice Ronet as criminal lovers whose perfect crime begins to unravel.
As one of our “French Sundays” events, the film will be followed by an illuminating talk by Jon Davies, placing the film in its historical and cultural context. An Associate of the BFI, Jon teaches French Cinema at Morley College, Waterloo.
Doors open at 13.30 for a 14.30 start.
The event will end around 17.30.
Refreshments will be available in our licenced cafe/bar.
