In August 2010, volunteers Anna Odrich and George Parnell from the Cinema Museum donned 1950s cinema uniforms and, with a heavily-laden vehicle, headed to Sussex for the Vintage at Goodwood fair, a music, fashion, film, art and design event celebrating five decades of British Cool. They raised several hundred pounds for the Museum’s funds with a stall selling duplicate posters, magazines and stills. They had a busy and fascinating time, meeting a vivid parade of customers and passers-by.
